Build: This one is pretty easy and I would think anyone would be able to easily construct this set. The only setback is the old Lego plastic doesn't stay together as nicely as the newer sets (2004 or newer).
Playability: This one (like the Naboo Swamp) is a fun set to play with, mainly due to the two speeder bikes. Also, because it is based on Endor it will go nicely with the many Ewok/Endor sets.
Value: Aside from the speeder bikes, it comes with three minifigures and is worth the price originally paid.
Recommendation: This one could be a set for a general audience, however, because of the age (and therefore the price) I would recommend it to collectors.
