Lego Star Wars Review: Droid Escape (7106)

7106: Droid Escape
Year: 2001
Minifigures: C-3PO & R2-D2
Piece count: 45

Build: Really basic and the instructions are simplistic.  With only 45 pieces, it took the whole of 4 minutes to construct.

Playability: By itself, this set is pretty lame.  If you include other Tatooine, Tantive IV, or Star Destroyer sets, then the fun starts.

Value:  It was an alright value for the original price.

Recommendation:  Collectors only, others should purchase the newer Droid Escape (9490) because it has more pieces and more of a story line.
